About Us

Total Invest Group Asset Management (HK) Limited (“TIG (HK)”) was established in April 2013, and it's a licenced corporation (CE No. BBS512) with the Securities and Futures Commission to conduct Type 4 (Advising on securities) and Type 9 (Asset management) regulated activities.
In December 2014, the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) approved the qualification of TIG (HK) as a RMB Qualified Foreign Institutional Investor (RQFII). TIG (HK) has close interaction with its headquarters Pegasus in Shanghai, so can give full play to its onshore and offshore advantages and provide the best solutions on asset allocation for customers.

TIG (HK) has RQFII qualification and can also participate in onshore investment opportunities while allocating offshore assets. The scope of funds managed by TIG (HK) includes overseas M&A funds, equity investment funds and overseas US dollar bond funds etc.
The professional team focuses on the management of their respective funds while communicating with each other, offering more investment options to meet the diverse asset allocation needs of customers.

In November 2013, TIG (HK) obtained Type 4 ( Advising on securities) and Type9 (Asset management) licenses from Hong Kong Securities and Futures

In December 2014, TIG (HK) obtained the RMB Qualified Foreign Institutional Investor (RQFII) qualification from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC)
